How Do You Create a Character?

Join Laura Sudduth April 12th 6 - 8PM for creating character and thriving in ensemble work!

Laura's passion and career runs the gamut from opera to film. A classically trained soprano holding a masters degree in music, Laura's professional credits range from Broadway (Les Liaisons Dangereuses) to TV (HBO's The Undoing, Amazon's The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel), as well as regional theatre (including world premier musicals at Kansas City Repertory Theater and Arkansas Rep). With over a decade of professional performing experience, Laura has a vast knowledge of theatre and music as both an industry, as well as an art form. She is eager to share that knowledge and collaborate with budding artists of all levels of experience.

Join Laura as she helps us create a character even if you're not the lead. Being cast in the ensemble can be disheartening at first, but by unlocking imagination and creating our own characters, we can have just as much fun and give just as great a performance as if we had the title role.
