What happens when 70+ artists turn one garden into an open-air studio? Discover what plein air art is, explore the connection between creativity and conservation, and find out why you should spend Saturday at the Cycle of Life Plein Air Festival. Enjoy artists creating throughout the garden, kids’ art activities, Scavenger Hunt Bingo, People’s Choice voting, and more. Free and open to everyone September 26 at Conservation Garden Park.

Our final Exploring Art workshop of 2025 featured lively monoprinting with gel plates, bringing our largest group of participants this year. Artists of all ages experimented with color, texture, and playful techniques to create unique prints. Exploring Art returns in late spring 2026—but until then, instructor Michael Goodman reminds us to “Commit Acts of Art Every Day!”

Veterans Memorial Park came alive on Saturday, April 26, with sunshine, music, and an outpouring of creativity as hundreds gathered to celebrate Art in the Park 2025. Hosted by the Cultural Arts Society of West Jordan (CASWJ), this year’s event was our most vibrant yet — a joyful day where local artistry met community connection in the heart of spring.

We are seeking new members to join our committee and The Schorr Gallery.
