YOUTH THEATRE
The West Jordan Youth Theatre provides great live theater experiences for the whole family. Since 2006 the youth group has performed two productions per year, one in the fall and one in the spring, open to children ages 8-18. The theatre prides themselves in performing full length productions instead of junior versions of popular shows. West Jordan Youth Theatre creates a fun environment in which children can grow, create art, and develop friendships that last a lifetime. The youth theatre also often offers a summer workshop, during which the youth involved learn many different aspects of theatre, and apply those things in a fun and engaging way.

Children involved with the youth theatre learn many life skills that they can take with them as the continue to grow in the world of theatre, and in the world outside of theatre as well. The youth theatre is dedicated to creating a safe environment in which children can learn, and learn to play.

Special thanks to the City of West Jordan, ZAP grants, and the Cultural Arts Society of West Jordan for the increased resources through donations and grants. Thank you to the families who join us every season.
