Get ready to welcome the spring season with some swinging jazz tunes! The West Jordan Jazz Band's Spring Showcase is just around the corner, and it's going to be an unforgettable night of music and fun. Featuring an exciting lineup of jazz classics, including Earth, Wind, and Fire's "Getaway," "It Don't Mean a Thing," "A Train," and many more, this showcase promises to get your toes tapping and your heart racing.


The West Jordan Jazz Band was formed in 2017 under the direction of Jen Worthen and has been entertaining audiences ever since. This talented group of musicians is always seeking additional members to perform with them and create the traditional big band sound. If you have a passion for jazz music and want to be a part of this amazing ensemble, join them for rehearsals on Tuesday nights from 7 to 8:30 pm in the community room at West Jordan City Hall.


So mark your calendar for April 28th at 7:00 PM and head to the Viridian, located at 8030 S 1825 W, West Jordan, UT 84088, for a free concert that promises to be a night to remember. Come out and support our local artists while enjoying some amazing music. And don't forget to bring your dancing shoes; dancing is encouraged!
