Auditions for Seussical The Musical

Audition slots are open for our (re)production of Seussical on  Saturday, June 26th 9am to 1pm at 695 W Center Street Midvale, UT

Some of our cast is returning, but we are holding auditions for the following parts: Mayzie, Mr Mayor, Mrs Mayor, General Grinch, The Wickershams, Bird Girls and lots of room for amazing Ensemble parts.

Auditions and callbacks are happening the same day. If you audition, you will get to have the dance callback. You may be selected for other callbacks as well. Plan to be at the auditions and callbacks for the entire time. Don't forget to sign up for an audition slot, but you MUST arrive at 9AM regardless of your audition time. You will be learning a dance callback when you are not auditioning. 

To Audition be prepared with 16 bars of a song in the style of the show OR you may sing a song from the show. No pianist available, please no acapella.

Auditions are open to youth ages 8 - 18. Please also fill out the google form before your audition.

Our first rehearsal will be on June 30th from 5:00-8:00pm. Rehearsals will be on Monday and Wednesday from 5:00pm-8:00pm and Saturdays 12:00pm-4:00pm. We may have an occasional practice on Friday.  Our mandatory parent meeting will be Monday, June 28th, at 6:00pm.

Tech week will be August 30 and 31 and September 1 and 2. Performances will be September 3, 4(2 shows), 6, 10, 11(2 shows), and 13th.

VIDEO auditions are allowed. Please use the Google Form above when you submit a video audition. VIDEO auditions will be accepted between now and June 25th, at 6pm.
