The Man Who Came to Dinner is a classic comedy about the egotistical radio personality Sheridan Whiteside, who slips on ice while visiting a small Ohio town for dinner and ends up as a demanding, six-week houseguest with the Stanley family, turning their lives upside down with his outrageous requests, eccentric celebrity visitors, and meddling in the romance between his secretary Maggie Cutler and local reporter Bert Jefferson, all while a Christmas setting adds to the holiday chaos.
