CASWJ Program
Participant Renewal
We are grateful for your ongoing time, creativity, and commitment to participating in Cultural Arts Society of West Jordan programs. Our community is strengthened by returning artists, performers, volunteers, and supporters who choose to remain engaged year after year.

This renewal form allows you to confirm and update your participant information for the upcoming enrollment period. Renewing your enrollment helps us maintain accurate records, ensure a safe and supportive environment, and continue clear communication across all CASWJ programs.

Renewal also maintains your connection to CASWJ’s Participant Perks Program, which may include access to complimentary tickets for select ticketed events, as well as notifications about volunteer opportunities and program updates.

Participant enrollment renews annually. Renewal reminders are sent each December, with renewals effective January 1. If your information has changed since last year, please review and update it below.
